What happens if I lose a piece?
We at Brixtoyz understand that losing pieces is part of Lego fun. If you lose 1 or 3 pieces don't sweat it. The only pieces you will be asked to replace are the figurines. They will be the first items checked upon return. You cannot get another set unless you bring back the old one.
How long can I keep the Lego set?
You paid for your membership so you can keep the set as long as you want.
When can I exchange sets
Since my business is new, I am very flexible to meet you at my home if you give me notice via text. Eventually, pick up will be set times during the week. Most likely evenings.
Are the Legos clean?
Lego sets are washed on a regular basis depending on how often they are rented.
Why do I need to place a deposit?
A deposit gives us a little piece of mind if you lose a set or a figurine. if you do not replace, we just take it out of your deposit.
Can you guarantee the set I want?
I only have one or two sets of each and it is possible that it is already rented. If there is a particular set you really like, I can place you on a waiting list and you will be able to enjoy as soon as it becomes available.
